The latest report from the asylum to his guardian states that there has been no material improvement in Hilary Holtby’s condition, mentally, since his incarceration about one year ago. Physically, he is enjoying robust health, but is still laboring under delusions of an unfavorable character. His estate, by continued careful management and a reasonably fair share of luck, is hopeful of successfully weathering this cruel wave of adversity.
