- This is the Winfield (KS) City Band performing Themes Like Old Times at the Cowley County Historical Society on 10/23/11. The Historical Society was featuring a wonderful exhibit of old-time music photography from the local area. The City Band has been in continuous operation since 1895. The band is under the direction of Karen Morrell.
